"The Function Creep" Is a project created by the artist Oscar "DrHertz" Warner.
Currently existing in the UK somewhere, his passions are for the visual arts, avant garde media, story telling and video games. He also enjoys the dark arts and dancing with skeletons.
He did a fan comic called "WING DING" and some other attempts at comics. Now, however, he's working solo on a video game.
All of this is obviously written by the author himself, and as such he's beginning to feel a little disturbed writing about himself in third person. He decides to stop.
